Role Overview: 

As a Marketing Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in executing marketing campaigns, optimizing lead generation efforts, and managing advertising initiatives. You will also be responsible for conducting market and vertical research (and ensuring seamless preparation for industry events.

Job location preferred at our Zurich office; however, we welcome Remote applications as well. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Look for opportunities to automate and optimize campaign workflows to increase efficiency and performance.
  • Continuously improve our lead scoring and routing systems within HubSpot through data-driven insights.
  • Monitor and control the performance of paid ad campaigns across various platforms as well as build reporting systems to track key metrics to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, competitors, and key market verticals to enable team members to work with the latest market insights.

Requirements: 

  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience in marketing operations, campaign management, and lead generation.
  • Solid understanding of digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.) and performance monitoring.
  • Solid experience using HubSpot and knowledge of data analysis tools.
  • Comfortable diving into market data to uncover opportunities and guide marketing initiatives in B2B/B2C markets.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proven track record of marketing process optimization and automation.
  • Self-starter mentality with a passion for learning new technologies and improving processes.
  • Native or full professional proficiency in English, German is a strong plus.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management and a team-oriented mindset.
