Role overview:

We are seeking a strategic, creative, and results-driven Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead and scale our marketing efforts. As a key member of the executive team, the CMO will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. You will develop all aspects of marketing, including brand management, digital marketing, product marketing, customer insights.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with company goals and growth targets.
  • Lead brand development and positioning to strengthen market presence and customer loyalty.
  • Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including SEO/SEM, email campaigns, social media, and content marketing.
  • Drive customer acquisition and retention through data-driven strategies and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with product, sales, and customer success teams to align marketing with business objectives.
  • Manage marketing budgets and ROI analysis to ensure effective allocation of resources.
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team.
  • Lead public relations, events, and external communications to enhance brand visibility.
  • Utilize market research and customer insights to guide decision-making and optimize marketing efforts.
  • Report on marketing performance metrics and KPIs to stakeholders and executive leadership.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing leadership roles
  • Proven track record of developing successful marketing strategies and delivering measurable results.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, analytics, CRM systems, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and a passion for innovation and creativity.
  • Excellent leadership and team-building skills.
  • Fluency in English.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in SaaS and or logistics
  • Familiarity with demand generation and account-based marketing.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
