As a Senior People & Culture Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving the company’s people and culture strategy. You will be responsible for fostering a high-performing, inclusive, and engaged workplace culture while overseeing key HR functions, including talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, learning & development, and compliance.
You will work closely with leadership to implement initiatives that attract, retain, and develop top talent, ensuring the company continues to thrive in a competitive software industry landscape.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a people and culture strategy aligned with the company’s business objectives.
- Implement and manage performance management frameworks, including goal setting, feedback mechanisms, and career development plans to enhance employee satisfaction, retention and well-being.
- Act as a strategic HR partner to senior leadership, providing guidance on workforce planning and organizational growth.
- Lead local recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent in the software industry.
- Design leadership development programs to nurture and retain key talent.
- Oversee compensation structures, salary benchmarking, and benefits programs.
- Foster a culture around continuous learning through professional development opportunities.
- Utilize HR analytics to track workforce trends and inform strategic decisions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field.
- 7+ years of HR/People & Culture experience
- Proven track record of driving HR initiatives in a fast-paced software/technology environment.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and industry trends.
- Experience with HRIS (e.g., BambooHR, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) and HR analytics.
Bonus points if you have:
- Familiarity with remote and hybrid workforce strategies.
- Certifications such as SHRM-SCP, CIPD, or PHR/SPHR.
